Zak is an experienced educator and hairstylist with almost 20 years’ experience in the industry. With a passion for learning and fuelled by a desire to continuously improve, Zak built his fundamental technical cutting skill set while training and working in Toronto’s Sassoon salon. Able to blend technical cutting with advanced color techniques he is able to offer a variety of classes helping to increase business revenue through skill development.  

As a Field Signature Artist for Wella, Zak has had the opportunity to teach seminars across Canada, work with International Artists on shows and events and be a consistent contributor to the growth and success of stylists who attend Wella’s Toronto Studio. His passion for education has earned him the honour of being named Wella Canadian Trainer of the Year 2019 and 2020.  

Zak’s main goal is to help increase stylist’s capabilities, and with the use differentiated learning strategies, ensure a safe and comfortable learning experience for all.
